Allin: is there a reason why the GUI client tries ricardo instead of
SourceForge?
We go to sourceforge for manual files such as the one Sven was
trying to get. We go to ricardo only for function packages and gretl
databases (though it would good to shift that functionality to SF
too, if possible).
