you can use the same file from
datasets to POE-4
The same is true for gqtest
The gqtest gfn file uses the --frompkg option OK.
The "affairs" data are also available, under that name, in the
wooldridge data package for gretl, but that's not the point: the
sample script must run as is without installing optional extras. (A
possible future exception to this would be dependencies among
function packages, but we're not ready for that yet.)
