This is very clever. However, I can see a problem: which one do you use as
GUI-main? And besides: what happens if you have more complex packages in
which you have more than one public functions, each of which emit strings?
Do you localise them all?
I remain convinced that the policy should be: English only for the
"official" versions. If you want to distriubute localised versions, do so
via private channels.
