with sample scripts and so on.
Not much has changed since August but I think it's quite functional
(though not much tested yet, other than by me).
To try out gretl + libsvm one needs a current Windows snapshot, the
current Mac snapshot, or a build from current git source on Linux. But
this support will be in the next release, 2017d, which should be out
before long.
