[Gretl-devel] more informative error message if array index out of bounds

Hi,

again a minor issue:

<hansl>
strings s2 = defarray("a")
string s = s2[2]	# gives 'data error'
</hansl>

Perhaps the generic error message could be replaced with something more 
specific.
