I was wondering the same myself! Couldn't find anything on their
status page, but if you look at the open support tickets there have
been quite a few reports over the last several hours, pertaining to
both git and svn access (apparently not read yet by the SF guys).
Maybe wouldn't hurt to add another, I'll go ahead and do that.
