OK, this is now added in CVS and Windows snapshot. It's untested
on the Windows side.
Note that if you switch to Russian or Chinese "just to see" (and
don't know those languages) you'll have to be able to find your
way back to reverse the change! In the spirit of gretl, leave a
trail of breadcrumbs.
