Uh, sorry: it generates a string holding n repetitions of a certain
character. On second thoughts, though, maybe it's not that crucial to
have it in the extra package.
Yes it strikes as me as quite special.
I'll try to tackle the 'extra' update with the other pending stuff on
Friday or so.
