One more question about Blas: I have a "Kaby Lake R" mobile CPU here
according to Wikipedia, but gretl's $sysinfo tells me something about
blascore=haswell. If I understand https://github.com/xianyi/OpenBLAS
correctly, there are some more supported features like AVX512 starting
in Skylake (the generation before Kaby Lake). So would it make sense for
gretl to target skylake if available?
