Ignacio, you haven't done a (successful) "make install" based on the
current sources. The gretl UI definition file, gretlmain.xml, has been
changed to accommodate your request that all supported file types be
represented under "/File/Open data/User file...". If you're missing the
/File/Open data menu entry that means the updated gretlmain.xml has not
been installed (to $prefix/share/gretl/ui).
