Thanks for testing. Just to clarify, there is (unfortunately) no
standard way to ask a PDF viewer to open a file at a named
destination. What we have to do is survey the available software,
figure out if it supports named destinations at all, and if so, add
another special case to gretl's repertoire of PDF-viewer calls.
I might point out that Sven's comment on SumatraPDF was particularly
useful, since he managed to find the special incantation needed for
that program. Once identified, it's quite easy to add to gretl.
