It is actually mentioned, with a direct link, but I've now made it more
prominent.
Yes, I wasn't quite clear, I was focussing on the link items on the
left. I think it's much better now.
Additionally I suggest to remove the end of the paragraph, starting
with: "We request that you use the bug tracker only..." I don't think
we're going to be drowned in tracker entries, and also that would be my
problem.
