On a Windows PC machine the only way to make things go back to normality is
using Task Manager (CTRL-ALT-DEL) to finish Rterm.
This should be fixed in the today's Windows snapshots. I've given up
on Rterm.exe and am using R.exe (CMD BATCH) instead.
