In OpenBLAS there is no such mircokernel: you have HASWELL for haswell,
skylake and most of the kaby lake CPUs and you have SKYLAKEX (with
AVX512) for skylake-x (they have "X" at the and of the name).
Ah OK, good to know. Unfortunate that on the page above they simply
write "Skylake".
