Sorry, a P.S.: I think it was Talha (?) and you (Allin) who wanted to
get rid of the 'set workdir' option and I sort of vetoed. Now I guess
that if the relative-path finding would work completely for arbitrary
base directories and given that the file-open dialogs all remember the
last-used directories, then the workdir-setting stuff really becomes
more and more redundant.
