Still haven't had the time to test on Linux.
Brief testing on Linux didn't show any errors (git master branch).
But about the realtime output from MPI: Even on Linux this isn't super
helpful because the output window isn't automatically scrolled to the
end of the output, it seems. So the user doesn't see what's added in
real time.
(Still need to check whether running gretlcli in parallel to gretl_x11
does have the mentioned side effects even on Linux.)
