Good question. In a word, no, but that's something I've been
thinking about.
That's now in git. At present it's quite simple-minded, but with a
bit of work it could include a reference to a page at sourceforge
(currently merely notional) that details the dates of gretldata
versions, the gretl versions that support them, and an account of
what exactly differs between gretldata versions.
