[Gretl-devel] periodogram dialog box

When you ask for a periodogram, by selecting /variable/spectrum/periodogram the dialog window has a box for selecting the bandwith, but it has no sense the selection of a bandwith here, because the values of the periodogram must not be weighted, and in fact they aren't.
