Thank you, Sven, for your reply. I meant a tutorial for filling
corresponding cells. I downloaded paper "Bank's inefficiency and economic
growth". I am sure from reading the paper I can figure it out what to filll
in the last two cells.

Hi, I'm assuming that you're talking about Jack's "frontier"
package and
its help document in pdf format.
You can also execute the package in the graphical interface, either from
the package list windows (after clicking the "fx" button in the toolbar
of the main window, or File/Function packages/on local machine), or -if
you have already added it to the menus at installation time- in the menu
Model/Other linear models/Stochastic Frontier Analysis.
