suggest using 'strstr(args) != ""' for now to avoid pushing the version
dependency to instring() and 2018a.
I agree. I can do it tomorrow before noon (UTC). If you want to release
before that, feel free to make the two changes to FEP, and in that case
please bump the version to 2.11.
