easier to write then the first one.
I hope, the 0.3 of tsfcst is
worth approving now after
dealing with constrains and
copy-pasting the sample
and the help to a spell checker.
Also, it contains 5 items references
and a methodological note to
explain a small innovation and its
reason as compared with R package.
I think I will start the same day:
the last package is planned to
be the main for the wp.

I had a hansl implementation of the amoeba method that I had written a
couple of years ago. If/when I find it, I'll sent it over to you. Maybe
you'll find it useful.
