In that case it sounds as if there may be a problem with our current
64-bit build of OpenBLAS for Windows. I don't think it's to do with
our "native" arima code, which hasn't changed in quite a while, and
is the same across platforms -- though I guess I shouldn't be
jumping to conclusions!
Possibly relevant: can you tell me, what's the processor-type on
your Windows 10 machine?
