OK, I see what's wrong here: those two actions are supposed to apply
only for a function package that "really exists" as a gfn file --
that is, either you've opened an existing gfn file in the package
editor or, if you're starting a new package, you've already used the
"Save" button. But this was not being checked. This is fixed in CVS;
snapshots will be updated by Monday.
