Define some linear restriction in the newly opened window and click "Ok" Works fine here using a fairly recent development-version under Linux.

OK, I think I know what you're talking about: the label at the top of the (mostly empty) dialog box that appears when you click on "Linear restrictions" under the Tests menu after estimation of a VECM via the GUI. The English text reads "Specify restrictions (please refer to Help for guidance)" and adds "right-click for some shortcuts". True enough, right-clicking does not in fact offer any shortcuts. I guess this bit of text is true in some contexts and has inadvertently been copied into this context where it's not applicable. You do, however, get specific help on formulating restrictions via the Help button in that dialog, along with a link to the more extensive discussion in the User's Guide.
