Your "set workdir" command is wrong, should be
set workdir @BASE_PATH # or "@BASE_PATH"
Oh yes, I missed the "@".
All the same, you're right that this was not working. The problem
was
specific to mread() applied to files with suffix "*.csv" (a relatively
recent extension of functionality). That's now fixed in git.
