It is made with poedit.
The problem is in it was started
with the pot file corresponding
to gretl 1.9.91
There is the established procedure
of updating the registered versions
Attempt to update with current
gretl.pot via poedit menu failed.
In principle, I have the instructions
on submitting, but it is not a
very good practice to upload
something which needs a lot
of updating
