Please have a look at the attached patch, it contains the minimal changes to
ensure consistence with the menus (of course more material could be added).
While testing the functions-related commands, I found a little annoyance in the
"Save function package" dialog box of the package editor: the pre-defined
location is /usr/local/share/gretl/functions (I'm using a locally compiled
version), but since I don't have write permission on that, if I click on OK, the
procedure aborts, and I loose all the information entered during the previous
stages. Is there a way to warn the user to change the target directory without
aborting the whole procedure? (I'm not really sure if this is related to gretl
or to the GTK infrastructure)
