Seriously: I agree this shouldn't happen and ought to be fixed, but again,
who would want to have more than 16 tabs open at the same time?
I agree, but I think it would be good to introduce a warning message in
this situation.
Finally, one more issue that is not related with the tabs... On the "About
> Gretl Window" the build date has a small error ("imagem 3" attached).
