On the standard Italian keyboard, the '`' character is unavailable.
Fortunately X users can use the AltGr-' combo to have it, but the poor
Windows souls have to rely on some other way. Instead of Crtl+`, couldn't we
use Alt-PgUp/Alt-PgDn [...]
Googling those, I see they're used by Microsoft for changing the active
window in a "Terminal Server session" -- so they sound quite suitable.
