Are you sure? The list of commands that is available before a dataset
is open resides in the function ready_for_command(), which is near the
end of the file lib/src/interact.c; thanks to the marvelous piece of
software that cvs is, I was able to establish that the include command
has been legal in that context since May 2005.
Yes pretty sure because I switched back from snapshot to 1.7.0 just for
testing it. I said "along the lines" because I was translating back from
German and didn't check the exact wording.
