On the standard Italian keyboard, the '`' character is unavailable.
Fortunately X users can use the AltGr-' combo to have it, but the poor
Windows souls have to rely on some other way. Instead of Crtl+`, couldn't we
use Alt-PgUp/Alt-PgDn [...]
That's now done in CVS. Also, since we're supporting going in both
directions, command-shift-accent is now enabled for the Mac.
