Thanks, Allin. I get similar behavior to what I've described before on a
different Windows 10 machine with a snapshot from end of September.
However, I don't get the crash here after "pkg install DP.gfn".
Hmm, this is puzzling. I just tried with the 2022c release (64-bit) on
Windows 11: I got the same results as on Linux: no problem with "pkg
install DP.gfn" and it shows up in the local listing. For good measure
I then tried with the language set to German: same results.
