I also found a short note I took back then where I wrote down "pexpect and/or its REPLWrapper don't really work on Windows!" Maybe that's what led me to stop bothering, but I don't remember the details. I don't know whether the situation has changed since then. I find it a bit worrying that the page above still says it's from 2015. But I still like the idea very much, and I would be glad to contribute if I can. cheers sven
