(You could send to me, but it will be quicker if you send to more active developers) ignorant windows users (like me)? The usual process is to have writing rights to the Sourceforge/Git project. Then to *clone* the project, do the changes, *commit* the modified files and then *push* them. (after building gretl and testing it). This may not be the best option, for Windows users, especially if you only want to translate a file. Another option is the "normal" GitHub process, where you have a *fork* of the project, you do the changes and then you *push, * but for your forked project. Then you ask the original project people to *pull* your changes to incorporate in the final code. This is called "making a Pull Request (PR)". This last option would be the best, but it is not being used on our project. I do have started with this goal, but I would need to dedicate more time to have it updated. That way I could act as "middlemen" to receive your PRs, do the testing and incorporate it in the final code. For now just, stay with the current process.
