Frederick, I think you might be better subscribing to the list from scratch
using your new email address. One's email address is, in most of web-world,
the baseline from which one can change a password, so it seems to me what
you're trying to do probably cannot work.

Actually I still use this email. I get the notifications to this email. But I cannot get
my password with it. My idea of what could have happened is that with the migration my
email has been added to the list of subscribers, but is not linked in such a manner that I
can access my subscription status. This should be easy to test by anybody who also was
migrated the same way.
