I had the same problem testing on my PC computer (using Windows XP).
I'd tried all the languages but the only that is working is the
"Automatic" and the "English". Even the pt_BR (Brazilian
Portuguese),
my native system language isn't working.
As I said, untested on Windows. I'll try to test it soon.
