[Gretl-devel] Adding the EIA database via the API

Hi all, I just stumbled across the fact, that the EIA is providing some or most of their data through an API. [1] I noticed that you need to register, but perhaps there might be a way around it, when we get in touch with them and explain the possible use case and the options to them. I don't know if there's a proper process for adding possible new databases to the gretl database offerings, but I wanted to explore the possibility if we could access their API with gretl.
