I tend to agree. In CVS and a new Windows snapshot I've tried
removing several of the separators. Let me know what you
think.
I like it, but that's probably not surprising ;-)
Some related remarks:
* The "sort variables" entry is in Tools, shouldn't it be in Data?
* why is the RNG seed entry a separate entry and not in preferences?
* IMHO in the Add menu the separator before the Random variables entry
could also go.
* I think this was discussed before, but the last two entries in the
Variable menu are duplicates of other entries elsewhere.
