I can't test the default Ubuntu 11.10 package right now, because those
systems already have cvs gretl on them. But if there are no problems
(anymore), maybe the information on the homepage about the 11.04
problems could be updated. For example, it would be interesting if the
11.04 package also runs on 11.10. Can anybody test this?
Yes, that would be good to know. I guess that since 11.04 is
still the latest Long Term Support release of Ubuntu, the
warning on the gretl site still applies, but it would
certainly be nice to get rid of the message if it's out of
date.
Anyone on Ubuntu able to comment?
