Actually not so trivial: some "lines" don't have a "type" row.
I've thought
quite a bit about where to put the color selector and so far have not come up
with anything better than the status quo.
Second thoughts: the "type" row is present in most cases and I think
it does look better to put the color button there if possible. Done
in git.
