I'd just realized that the Calculator icon (on gretl's toolbar) doesn't work (by default) in Mac OS X. I suggest that we put the default path for the Calculator executable (just like we do with Octave and Ox). What do you think? The default path (Mac OS X 10.6.3)for the executable is: Applications/Calculator.app/Contents/MacOS/Calculator

Up till now the default on OS X has been xcalc, which I'd have thought ought to work, but anyway we'll go with the native app.
