Section 2.2.1 of the package guide at least sounds as if it's an
automatic offering, althought it's not 100% unambiguous.
I tested the installation of the GHegy package like in that guide on a
recent snapshot, and I also didn't get asked about the menu attachment.
So maybe something that stopped working at some point?
