I think there is an small bug with the link between gretl and x12arima (tested also with x13): If you have a monthly series starting in october, the dates are passed incorrectly to x12arima (as january) and this causes an error because the components generated by x12arima cannot be transfered to gretl. Calling gretl from a console, the error is: i = 1: add_series_from_file() failed
