This isn't a patch, it's a full archive of all the files I've updated. So
long as the outage persists I'll update it daily -- though hopefully we'll be
back to normal soon.
I'm not able to upload snapshots to SF either, but there are new
Windows snapshots at http://ricardo.ecn.wfu.edu/pub/gretl/
