OK with me. So if I don't hear objections soon (=today...) I will send
the next-round draft version of the CfP with that date.
And here it is, the next-round draft version. It's a RC without any
explicit fixmes anymore. Feel free to use it -- and I guess we should
start distributing it, say, tomorrow? (with a different file name for sure).
Please speak up (at once...) if there are any remaining problems with it.
